I did it and it was okay. I went back alot for training. But i stayed in one room for too long and jagex wanted me out or something. A few events happened.
1. 3 swarms
2. 16 level ups (prayer attack and hp)
3. 1 grave digger event (got the mask in like 2 mins)
4. 3 evil chickens
5. 1 mysterious old man.

So, if you like random events lol go either there or the dock in karajuma island.

16 lvl ups from what? lamps or something? or did you mean you just trained that many lvls there?
