hmm one of my friends i met in another game quit the same day i did to go back to silkroad.last i tried it,it was nothing but a HUGE grindfest.if its better i "may" check it out.

I've only run into three bots, as opposed to the bot army of the past. Was actually surprised that I had gotten into a good 5-man party as well.

I'm downloading this game ATM, while I wait for the 4Story open beta. I wanna play with some people from onRPG, I'll probably play Venus, or where most onRPG people are at. I'll tell you my IGN when I get in game (27% and like 2 hours left. >_>)

I'm downloading a shat load of games right now. Getting back to my f2p roots (SRO and RS XD).
The grind was NEVER an issue for me, I playd with some close knit friends, had a good guild, that I made.... wow... how did something I make turn out good!? Well we all just had fun doing whatever, stupid ass trade runs that we knew were too hard for us, massive group grinding (the entire gild over several groups stole the area around nearly a whole town for grinding, oh we earned some hate:D)

Race doesn't really matter since an Euro char can go to China region and vice versa.

Yeah, but it's fun to play with people of your Nationality. That way you won't be a person with a Chinese character that's taking ten million years to level while the European character blazes right past you.

I don't get how this game is fun.

1. You can only buy weapons from shop every 6 level and 6 levels take forever. (weapon are hard to find too from mobs)

2. You go fight some monsters and you die from gaints or champions or gang up, and you have to run all the way there again even with horse it takes kind of a while.

3. The quests omg. They don't even help >_>. Kill 600 of this , kill 900 of that omg that is way too high. I can't sit at my computer killing the same monster that long especially I have to count it.

4. While you sit your butt down, grinding 9999 monsters, another player near your character is getting plvl by a lv 70+ .. just pisses me off.

These 4 things made me quit the game. NEVER GOING BACK.. even if Pserver unless the pserver is 100x exp/drop/money... but that will never happen right before the summer ends.

ah...well uh i never actually played Lineage 2 except on *cough* server so i wouldn't know~ :P

anyways, if only they would up the exp rates and skill exp rates a little bit...say like double the rates....then that would make the grind a little bit more bareable. Hate killing the same enemies over and over and over again mindlessly for a few hours just to level up once~ -_-

u guys should play ROHAN. lineages endgame rates jump in at lvl 50 there =) and the lvl cap is 99

or KALonline,maxlvl 99 (?) and the highest lvl is 75 after 6 years of release. gl getting 0.1-0.2% a full day of grinding ^^

how did SRO improve exactly?
it's only a matter of weeks before the bots start overcrowding the server yet again.
being european, last time i tried it the servers were crowded and never got to login. If i want "populated" servers, i'd have to either start playing at 02.00 AM or at 06.00AM ....

Actually.. the levelling isnt that slow in my opinion, it just the fact that its not disguised well.
(It IS slow, I would compare it to being better than Deicide but worse than say.. Seal)

This is my second character, level 18 currently, my other is level 19 that I played years ago, still has a santa suit sitting on Xian lol.

I am however doing the whole keep your masteries low to get a ton of SP, currently grinding with level 9 masteries.

The most bots are lvl 16 and will be farming at bandits


Europe is way to overpowerd It aint fun anymore

and with all those clerics buffing their friends


Silkroad aint the game it was when it started
