So maybe i've been playing too much on my PSP recently, due to lumines... And i probably assume that the manual says "DON"T PLAY IF YOU FEEL NUMBNESS"
but i can't stop the addiction... such a fun game D: so Onrpg, i'm asking you, any methods of removing hand cramps?

Pickle juice, mustard, NOT PLAYING, etc.

I get that sometimes. I stop, make a tight fist a few times, shake it out, and I'm ready to go. :D
However, if its a true CRAMP...(as in, muscle tightening) you are supposed to relax.
If there is tinglyness, odds are - you are cutting off a vain somewhere. Its a lack of blood flow that makes tinglyness.

Could also be a pinched nerve.

Well, either way, simply pausing for a minute and shaking your hand out should work.

More than likely it's not, because pinched nerves hurt TERRIBLY, and you can still type. Probably just lack of blood flow, as said before, or some slight cramping. Pretty much the only cure is to take a few hours break, and cut down your playing time from here on out.
Otherwise, tough it out. XD

Don't try to masturbate and play at the same time.

Try pulling your wrist a little. If possible, try to almost claw with your fingers down, go for a short walk, or stand and walk around the house a little to get the blood flowing.
Put your hand in cold water for about twenty minutes, then it should be allright.

Seconded
Cold water increases blood flow

Why don't you just dislocate your wrist? Though not everyone can do that.

Just curious, how would you advice running on a inflamed tendon on ankle?
And really only thing to do is stop putting your hand in that position for hours straight. i get this playing GH3, so i cant play longer than 30 mins, fingers cramp up so i stop after 30 mins for few hours.

Get shoes with better heel counter or, IIRC, they make inserts to help also. Try ice, and even heat pads.

actualy the beating your hands does work just it takes few years befor you deaden your nerves enoguh inside your hand but if you do you have to commit to that or probly will ahve hand problems later.http://youtube.com/watch?v=kPW7JfyC4jM

best way to kep from cramps or injuries is to stay flexible stretch your ankles in all directions after that pain goes away continue to keep stretching your ankle so it'll take alot more to dmg it again couse more you strecth the stronger your tendents inside become aswell.

i know how to, i was just wondering how he would tell me to help it. Shake it out?
I ice ankle after every run, stretch the tendon a little, got 100$ running only shoes so they should help with injuries.

>< i was just trying to see how he would respond. I am probably better with recovery plans for injuries than most people here.
and i dont need to stop running to heal ankle fyi.

What shoes do you mostly run in? Just curious. I have a pair of Nike Lunaracers and Air Zoom Hayward 3s, they're pretty fantastical.

Asics. not sure the model, but there amazing. but then again for $100 they should be. They have full sole gel shocks(front to back), which is quite amazing. I have dang whats the word(ankles roll inward) and they help with that and make ankles straighten up.

Ah yeah, its called overpronation. Most of my friends use Asics, they seem to love them. I have like a medium arch in my foot so I can get away with stability shoes.

i dunno, they feel fine running under 6 min mile pace, feet dont hurt like usual when running faster pace, like my last pair hurt feet horribly running fast pace, but didnt when i ran slower paces kinda weird, so there pretty good.
