View Full Version : DOMO Item Mall

Hi all. I'm having a big problem with the DOMO Item Mall. Twice now I only received some of the items I was supposed to receive when I purchased from the Item Mall. I was kind of letting the first time it happened go and moving on, but yesterday I was supposed to get 2 pets and I only got 1. The last time this happened I sent in ticket after ticket to that contact form they tell you to use and never got a response. This time, I sent in one last night about the pet and just like before, no response. I also posted on the forums with about 5 other people who didnt receive their pets. There's usually alot of people posting on the forums about items they didn't receive from the item mall. I'm posting here for 2 reasons. To let people know whats going on and because I need help. DOMO never responds to these contact forms or delivers the items (at least not so far) and I dont know where to turn for help. What I want to do is email their corporate offices and ask them to please look into this but I dont see any names or emails for any of their offices on the sites. I also want to say I don't think this happens with all of Aeria Games. I've been playing Last Chaos like forever and only ever had 1 problem with that game and the admins listened to my email, responded to it, and fixed the problem. I dont know whats up with DOMO but I can't believe the top people that really run Aeria know this is going on or would approve of it. So my question is, does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do. It isn't right for a company to take money from people, (real money, not game money) and then not only NOT deliver the goods, but give no explanation about why and then ignore any kind of contact you try to make with them. I'm really upset about this whole thing but I'm trying to stay calm and reasonable because I really just want to fix this. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me.

Just a quick update for anyone who read this post and might have been a little interested to know how things went. I received my second pet this evening and an email from support staff saying sorry for the delay, etc. I said TY and also thanked support in the DOMO forums. As far as the first missing items I'm just letting that go like I said earlier. I just want to move on and hope that it doesn't happen again. As for those of you who were thinking of trying DOMO and asking if it was good or not, it is. Being able to try all different classes on one char is awesome, and the community rocks. People are always willing to help out, team up, there are just some really nice people there. Give it a try, its a great game.
