Pure STA until level 60 - then work on your alturnitive stat a bit depending on the level 70 AoE you will be useing.

You could try being a Dex BP as well, but I hear leveling is tough, but if you want to give it shot, just use a blade build.

Strength is another option for BPs but don't bother putting any more intelligence.

Some people who are more wealthy than others do go INT instead of STR due to the AOE at level 70. The INT AOE is 0.5% more damage than the STR one and also x2 faster cast rate than the STR when used in the skill bar. This will allow the BP to level much faster to level 80 so then they can reroll for STR so the stats will benefit the level 80 skill.

None.. There is no such thing as "hit rate" when useing skills.. all skills "hit" no matter what...

There are special cash shop items users buy and sell it for game money.

And one of these cash shop items allow you to reset all your stats back to 15 and it allows you to replace ur stats.
Last time I checked it cost around 12~15million penya for one... not sure about now.

By that time you will be fine... money shouldn't be a problem..
I'm level 8x and I have 30~40something mil...
And I spent over 100mil in the process to level 8x making my armor/weapon.
