I'm assuming that you are having a problem connecting to game guard. Either turn off your firewall, or go into your RYL2 folder, and delete gameguard folder, open up RYL2 client and filecheck.

i had the same problem and also deleted the gameguard folder but it still didnt fix anything. for some strange reason though RYL games are the ONLY ones where gameguard doesnt work for me but it works on all other games that use gameguard

What happened to me was I messed with my security settings in my control panel.
Try that.

i tried everything with that game and it didnt work.. maybe it was because i was trying to play a RYL private server haha

That could be the problem.
Just get RYL2. It's free. Same game pretty much.

is the game fun to play or just another click kill grindfest? i usually play private servers for games because i cant pay for em and they are faster leveling

I haven't played much of RYL2, but so far, it's a mighty good game.
The battle system is definately unique, combining your classic grindfest material with action (for example, you can press certain buttons in quick succession to dodge attacks) and the landscaping is pretty neat too.
I give this game so far an 8/10.
