how old is your little brother?
    how about trying Yulgang ?

i think it should be pretty easy as its more on a mouse and some simple key control game

ROW Return of Warrior is an FPS rpg mmo. I was recomended by someone that his little brother at the age of 6 who played enjoyed it and reached to lvl 36.
Rumble fighter is fun and kid friendly. Fighting mmo
Rose online and ragnarok online are suitable too.
Ghost online, Maplestory and Windslayer are 2d side scrolling suitable of medium and low spec

You might like Dream Of Mirror Online.

Its animeish however it as a lot of depth and character customs. Beginning is slow but level 10 it starts off to be great.
Its also party oriented so you and your bro will like that I guess.

I applaud you for wanting to play with your sibling. Shows you have some family values.

    Low to med specs...hmmm.

Luna is a great game. Somewhat childsih graphics, but the system and diversity of gear is great.

ROW is also one of the grindiest games I've ever seen. Not so good for a younger kid.
