Gpotato misleading?

Is it me or does their customer service hours and days different from what they actually tell you?

They be replying messages on days that they don't even open and at times that they say are closed. I mean this isnt a bad thing,im actually glad to see that they are able to this, just pretty surprising that they actually have a decent customer service and their hours are beyond what they say.

Their timezone is PST, which is my timezone also.
Here is what they put in their machine replys.
Sun: Closed
Mon: 9:00a - 6:00p PST
Tue: 9:00a - 6:00p PST
Wed: 9:00a - 6:00p PST
Thu: 9:00a - 6:00p PST
Fri: 9:00a - 6:00p PST
Sat: Closed
Note: Machine replys are different from customer service replies, you get this machine reply a couple mins after you send them a mail, then the customer service replys back, after a couple days.

I got a reply back from customer service around 7pm and i had 2 today, which is saturday.

Um yeah,i got my main account and my alternative account, im currently trying to get my 3rd account, which i dont remember why i even made it,i just stumbled to it while checking my posts on the forums from 3 years ago, and it seems like my 3rd account was my selling/mule account, so im hoping my items were on it ; ) i HOPE

BTW are you going on tonight abubakr? I know its like 1 there lol.
