I am unsure what is causing it, but any ideas would be helpful.

I have met one other thus far who has experienced the same thing. Playing the game, 5 minutes it, the program just shuts down. no idea what is causing it. I have tried a few things already. It was working great up until yesterday. and last night was maintenance, i was hoping it would be fixed from something in that, but no, still happening. Any thoughts?
