i downloaded PacketiX VPN Client to play Monster Farm Online (a Japanese game). im running a vista 64 bit laptop. whenever i try to connect to the public.softether.com connection, it comes up with an error code 2. how do i fix it?

Also, when i hook up to the vpn.mobilefree.jp connection, it connects without a problem. it loads the japanese google no problem either. but if i try to go onto any other site, it takes forever to load, then says my connection was reset
