Default Developing new MMORPG - Would love your opinion

I work with a company developing a really amazing MMORPG. We would love to hear ideas from existing MMO players about how we could offer a better level of service than the existing MMOs out there today. Assume, for argument's sake, that our gameplay is equal (or better) than the current crop of MMO choices.

We want to focus your thoughts on how to pair great service with that gameplay. Some MMO's have tried, but many seem to have had problems with volunteer GM's, bots and other issues. We also think there may need to be new ideas on service-related features built into the software.

Anyway, I would love to hear your thoughts on this. I put a 6 question survey up at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/3QWB9ST

I really appreciate anyone who takes a minute to share their constructive ideas and I hope this message didn't come across as spam.

....... Rly, just play lots of MMOs, and listen to your own thoughts while you play.

Better service? Just add more in game moderators? and a hotline for questions.

I just come up with a better one. It's very easy to understand.
