I have the Limited Collector's Edition of FF 13.
Is that the same as "special edition"? xD
Can't find the place to input the code though, can't even find the code :/.

You register the game and they supply you with another code for the Asuran Armbands and the FFXIV PS3 beta (lawl)

I am getting my Armbands thankfully I was creative and stole my brothers code from his FFXIII box at his apartment.

Codes where limited at the start at FFXIII, after a few hours the first day.. they where gone already.. the promo codes for FFXIV.. are for the first batch of ffxiii only.
