    Default psp component cables

so i just bought a component cable for my psp to hook it up on my tv.

i have a 32 inch LED HDTV so component cables should work properly on it.

everything works but the graphics are grainy and pixelated.
if i see videos on youtube how it should look like, it isnt supposed to be pixelated. it looks exactly as the psp graphics but on a big screen. But on my tv it looks downgraded.

any1 know what the problem would be?

Native PSP res: 320*240 (there was also 480*320 iirc, not sure)
HDTV res: 1920*1080 (or possibly 1280*720)

The PSP's output get stretched out alot to be displayed in 1920*1080. Play around with your HDTV's display settings and you might be able to get it a lot less grainy.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.
