Can't add photo to my account. Need help!

I know sounds stupid but i can't upload picture to my account!!! Can someone give a short instruction where on my account i can do it?

Are you talking about signatures or just generally about posting pictures on the forums?

click user cp (near the top of yr screen, on the left)

click Edit Avatar (one of the options on the left side of the screen)

then either link to an image or upload one from yr computer.
