Default American high school to foreign college?

I am currently a sophomore in an American high school. Now that my junior year is coming up, ive been thinking about college.

After a trip to the Philippines recently, ive begun to consider going to study medicine there, and possibly come back to America to work. How would i transition from an American high school to a college in the Philippines? I would prefer to go to a school in either Manila or Baguio

Usually you don't go straight from American high school to a foreign college. Are you planning to get your degree overseas or in America? American college students study abroad by taking some classes that goes towards their American college degree. I don't know why you would want a degree from the Philippines rather than America. Isn't it better to have a degree from an American school and on your resume you can add that you got some of your education from a Philippines university?

Check if their degree is something worth in the U.S.

I sort of know this because many Dutch degrees are anything but accepted in Belgium. (medicine being a big one)

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.

There are a lot of cities in USA with a large lack of Nurses (RNs) and Doctors. Though hm why the Philippines?

You will have to check if they do student visas.
You will have to meet those student visa requirements (if there are any).
Wow I was looking at the Student Visa info and it's sorta easy. TOO EASY.

    She knows how to party.
