I'd go with this PSU instead and then use the money you save to pick up a 7850 from MSI or Sapphire. It's a faster card with less power draw and it will run much cooler. Even if you don't switch out the card you should still switch to that PSU, though. The setup you've chosen needs nowhere near 750w and 550w from the XFX will be more than enough.

edit: Also I noticed you originally picked a 2500 but switched to the K series even though you have no intention of overclocking. If you do plan to overclock, absolutely get the K but then you'll also need to grab a non-stock fan like this one. If you don't intend to overclock there is no reason to get the K over the regular 2500.
