It depends. I would suggest Aion though since I enjoyed it a lot, but I'm playing neither right now. I'm playing C9 full time and Dragon Nest part time (NA ver).

Everquest 2 is really good but its' Free 2 Play options are not.
Try Vindictus if you want completely Free.

personally id pick aion based on the fact that i like pvp, and their end game is based around that.
I also dont like the feel of eq2
