I suck at all of the moves in Gunz >.> I was never really very good at wall jumping, but I could pull it off eventually.

pfff only noobs wall jump, the pros wall slash :P, thats the only way to go :P

As I remember there are players move combos with those jump/wall-jumps, can remember only "butterfly" move, it's something like a wall-jump-slash-block-counter thing, what you don't want to do in that game- is to stay still, that's what I've learned in the past ^^

I play it now and wall jumping? just learn BF (butterfly) as mentioned above Jump>Dash>Slash and block almost at the same time and it supposed to kill someone with a sword like that, but I kinda just found myself flying all over the map...It's a weak thing ,but the most easy and important...
