I don't think most people will tell you where to find a proxy for accessing ip blocked MMOs, since a lot of them are ip blocked for good reason. Look at Vindictus for example. East and West US lag badly to each other. Any other country (except maybe Canada and Mexico) would lag so badly that the game would be unplayable for them, and their party anyways. And Lost Saga has some lag problems as well.
I do fully support private servers, even though they're illegal, but they're not really hurting anyone, and if it keeps non locals off ip blocked games and they're happy, then more power to them.
