I dislike alcohol in general but the taste of beer even more.

If I have to drink, then I'll go for anything that has rum. Particularly a Cuba Libre or Daiquiri. Easy to make, sweet, that's pretty much what I go for.

I rarely ever drink anything other than whiskey now. It's a man's drink and you can never go wrong. I usually go with a Jameson on the rocks, or a Jameson with a splash of ginger ale, or an Old Fashioned if I want something fancy. For people that can't stomach whiskey, try a Seven and Seven.

That is exactly why I love it. Personally I don't like my liquor tasting like it came from under my bathroom sink. When I get Disaronno, I get slizzered, cause I'll kill the whole thing if given the chance.

The LCBO carries Rakia, so maybe I'll try it one day, although it's the 40% distilled stuff, but I did read that the homemade stuff can be 50% - 60%, don't know why we can't get that, seeing as how the LCBO carries Bacardi 151 which is 75.5%!

Theres litlle to no chance they'll have homemade since it's made for perconel consumption and consumption with friends so the amount each lisensed household can make is limited plus I'am not sure but I think it's Iligal to sell it
    Best advise:
Find a friend with a familly that lives in the country get lisenced and make some for yoursel(may take time so just don't like the drink)

oic just jack my topic bro. D:<

This is how my 21st went: Liquid Cocaine, Caribou Lou, Adios Motherf**ker and a pint of Arrogant Bastard, in that order. Caribou Lou is the best delicious/drunkenness ratio imo, and any night of drinking is always best finishing off with an Arrogant Bastard.

I didn't say they'd sell the homemade one, I was just using it as a comparison to show that they could in fact sell one at a higher alcohol content like they do with 151.

Most companies keep alcohol at around 40% because that's the the point at which it becomes flammable. I think it becomes a liability for them. If you really want higher alcohol content just cut it with some everclear. Although unless your goal is to get really drunk there's really no reason to do so.

I tried Everclear once, it was nasty, plus they don't sell it in Ontario AFAIK.

Also, 151 is 75.5% alcohol, so they can sell higher.

    Also, I don't get drunk.

this is what i usually drink

    Rum:
Diplomatico Gran Reserva - it's sweet and doesnt burn your throath

    Whiskey:
Johnnie Walker Blue/Black Label - You can't go wrong with it, great taste and you cand drink a full bottle on your own and the next day you won't even have a headache.

    Vodka:
Reyka - You can mix it with pretty much anything, even tho i prefer pure in shots

Tip: Never mix many types of alcohol or you will regret after, if you start with one go ahead and keep going with it don't switch.

Cranberry Koskenkorva and Jaffa Zombiemarja (translated Zombie berry, it's a cranberry/strawberry/redcurrant soft drink) mixed together because... Dunno, we once tried it out just for shits and giggles with a friend of mine and it tasted awesome. Love me some Finnish stuff.

    Also, Salmari.

Well, it's obvious that you can't hold your alcohol!
