    Default Working out questions

    Hey guys , so I recently got back into working out again ( I'm doing it at home ). I was wondering what would be good for me to drink to build my muscles faster? I think what I need is protein after I'm done training ( you drink it after training only right? ). Thanks for the help guys!

    PowerThirst™ should be drank all the time.

    Anyway, to actually answer your question, just eat nutritionally and properly. I've heard carbs before working out and protein afterward is the way to do it. But at the end of the day, if you are getting proper nutrition and rest between work out sessions, it won't really matter.

    Yeah I was just wondering if there were a drink to give me proteins after I'm done training , I'll wait for more suggestions I guess .

    One scoop mixed with milk and creatine every day after heavy lifting oh and take a multi

    My dad said he used Myoplex with mixed with milk , do you know if it's good?

    Not sure, but I had ON 100% Whey Tropical Punch flavor mixed with milk today. Taste amazinggg
