Post Looking For Participants For Our Research About Online Games

Hello dear MMOHut & OnRPG communities,

I'm Süleyman Kula from Turkey. We're trying to reach as many online communities as possible for our research about 'Exploration of Motives for Playing Online Games'. We're looking for people to participate in our survey about their online gaming experiences.

The survey results are kept anonymously and it takes not more than a couple of minutes to complete the survey. We'd like you to join our survey, assuming that you have online gaming background. By participating, you'd contribute to our research invaluably.

You can reach the survey by clicking the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1CTO...MNOk8/viewform

Thank you all for your interest.

    Sincerely,

    Süleyman Kula

so.. how is Knight Online doing in Turkey?

is Knight Online Turkey's Number One mmorpg? :P which mmos are most popular in Turkey ><
but-- what do people do in Turkey? It isn't Morocco -- How does playing computers fit into the lifestyle of the edge of the middle east.
i can just imagine myself enjoying playing WoW with a bowl of yoghurt dip
Be warned - I am a major player of Regnum Online the mmo. I've been playing it for about 2 years and rarely go without logging in at least once a day. You can also look at good alternatives to Regnum such ase Aion online and Aika Online.

Haha, nice Knight Online was very popular in Turkey until 2-3 years ago. It is still installed on almost every PC cafés and there are still addicts of it but with next generation online games' (with better graphics) arrival, Knight Online's popularity decreased. Interestingly, there are small number of players playing WoW, mainly because it uses subscription system. Most of the players of WoW are university students or people who have graduated from university.

    Hi again everyone,

I've reached 287 people at the moment of writing (By help of several communities). My next goal is 350 people. By looking the feedback I've received, I made some changes in the survey. Demographic questions are not compulsory anymore and detailed information about the survey is added to first page. Special thanks to every participant

That's not a rumor but not a fact neither. Pirate copy game usage is unfortunately common in Turkey but we are not hackers. Hackers are the guys who crack the games. Our people just play these already cracked games. Anyway, that's still not a good thing but hopefully, I'm not using any pirate software for 3-4 years.
