the below is just a copy and paste:

    What is Carp Fishing Simulator?

Carp Fishing Simulator aims to capture the excitement of fishing for Carp. Set up your tackle & bait. Pick your peg from over 20 to choose from. Fish with up to 3 rods, use a bait boat, spod rod & marker float.

    So how realistic is it?

Lots of details are programmed in to the simulator. Fish will be spooked by your casting in, feeding and bankside activities. Temperature will affect them, your tackle choice will affect them too. Basically every variable that effects real life carp fishing will be simulated, apart from visiting the toilet and ordering take away!

It doesn't say anything about multiplayer. I would of tried it out and played for like 20 minutes if it was free.

It gives the player the experience of outdoor fishing all within the safety and comfort of their own home...well, with the effort put into its simulation it might actually help them to learn how to fish...maybe?

I used to play(and enjoy) the old hand held fishing games.
In order for a fishing game to work, in my opinion, it needs to be one of two things.

    1. Simple + fun = Addictive. Make an app for people to play on their phones or Facebook and it will probably succeed. (The modern equivalent of the old handheld games.)
    or
    2. Super complex and detail oriented. A fishing Sim. Appeal to the people who actually like fishing. Also, actually advertise to them as your primary audience. Targeting your average game will not be enough.

If "Farming Sim 2013" have a following. Why not fishing?
