Went from 75kg(165lbs) 120kg(264lbs)
I basicly just got my drivers license and stopped biking/moving..
I love to cook, eat and drink..
And I was going back and forth all the time because of weird diets.
So I just started going to the gym 3 times a week and do a lot of lifting (nearly no cardio tho)
And just made a good eating schedule (eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big ones).
Wich resulted in me not grabbing junkfood in between meals.
I weigh 92kg(202lbs) now and I'm even eating more then then I did before.
+ muscles :P
I still have a long way to go.
202 lbs @ 5 foot 9 (177cm) is nothing near ideal :P
I think i have a food addiction if there is such a thing. I eat to much. I eat a large pizza by my self. entire bag of chips one sitting. It seem to help me feel a little better when im eating are something. Im sure i weigh more then 265 now. plus my damn meds add weight gain as well
Aww man, diet. That takes an intense amount of self-discipline to pull off...
So, since starting this thread I have gone from a max weight of 324 to 298.
That's with gaining muscle and having quite a few "bad days."
My goal is 250.
