Yep, you can also send the output through your tv or just your gamepad.

Not sure if I should create a new topic in general gaming for this or not but....
I'm starting to get much better with the issue except I can't figure out how to complete that quest. :/

Are there any Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate players here that know how to complete Guts: It's What's For Dinner?
That boss thing Lagiacrus enters and exits between the two zones I find Epioths in really quickly, and I'm trying to watch his patrol pattern to see when I have a good chance to hunt, but by the time I swim over to the entrance I know he's about to appear again so I have to swim back.

I saw this video that makes it look like Lagiacrus takes his sweet time actually attacking you, so at least there's that.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYNS0UpwnG4 < see, it even swims by the player and doesn't do anything!

Even if Lag is on screen you can still kill the Epioths to get the monster guts. Basically just focus on doing that and you'll be fine. You can swim between Area 10 and 11 if he spots you though. You can't kill Lag in that mission though so it's a waste to try.

Ah well, I'm starting to get over my problem...I think.
I had to be silly with myself and talk through the quest.
I'm hoping it was just because it's underwater, which I know is still pretty sad.

And sure, we can play together sometime.
I'm still pretty new though, only recently unlocked Sandy Plains.

I think that makes you Rank 2 right? 2 Star quests? I'm not too far ahead so it's all good.

I'm Sliphatos, send me an invite and let me know when you can play ^_^.

I haven't worked the multiplayer part of MH yet so I'm not even sure how to add other players to my friends list.
    >.<
I know how to add Wii U friends, but I know that's different.
And I think my HR is 1 but I have access to 2 star quests, haven't completed them all yet.
Anyways, I'll write that name down and go add it, my sis just stopped playing Earthbound for the day.
    My character is AmeliaCake

I've been dilly dallying via gathering items to make new armor and weapons lately, otherwise I'd probably be at 3 stars by now.

Oh, and if anyone else adds me please pm me so I know who's who.

Anyone you add on your Wii U friend list shows up during Network Mode. Network Mode can be accessed by talking to Neko in Moga Village. Otherwise you can join up with random people online by choosing a world, then a room. Your Wii U will keep track of who you play with as well so if you come across some good players, you can add em later.

Oh, and I've been doing the same thing lol. Been trying to get Carpenter Bugs for the Ludroth set.

Wait, so that was your Wii U ID?
Well now I feel really silly, I was trying to add that name ingame somehow.
    Thanks!

Oh, and expect BlendaCake in that case.
My Wii U id is different than my MH3U id.
