Gonna add on to my post and go against the grain here a bit:
I'm kind of expecting Wild* to flop. Though i didn't get in, from what I have seen and read, it sounds a lot more generic than it originally did.(I hope it does well though...)
I do not expect it flop as badly as TESO though, but the future can be unpredictable so we'll see.

I've seen recent Wild Star gameplay. Not in the beta but won't specify how exactly. Anyways.. It seems really generic, and the combat systems seems to be more of an annoyance than anywhere near Action combat oriented. The concept of having a semi unique but clunky combat system in a generic game reminds of many games already out. For example, Spirit Tales is an MMO with a very generic concept but has a combat system that lets you select a skill and then right click on the enemy to use it, and you toggle through different skills and it kind of feels like you're actually having to aim your skills.

Either way, it is still a generic game, and like Spirit Tales, the combat concept isn't good enough to warrant the overall generic concepts in the game.

Don't think it will be too much different from 2013 but there are some titles I'm awaiting that might come out this year :o

Lime Odyssey - Doubtful but never know.
Blade & Soul - Not sure if it's going to come out this year but something I'm waiting for.

Besides that I'm not sure whats on the horizon but we'll see.

They're both generic games that try to do something unique but end up still being generic..

It's not crying either. I've actually seen Wild Star gameplay first hand (as I'm sure plenty of other people have now) and they would agree that Wild Star is nothing special.

I agree that it's better than Elder Scrolls Online (that game is crap), but I am sure Everquest Next will easily beat out Wild Star. Even Landmark will be able to beat it out.

Yeah next is just getting into alpha, so if we saw OB by end of the year I'd be very surprised honestly.
