Fat guy here - I hate fat people. I really don't do fat guy stuff. I don't over eat, I don't eat garbage. I do sit around a lot in the winter, but I'm pretty mobile in the summer. I hate so much to play the genes card, but my whole family is pretty fat. They all totally deserve it though. I dunno, I don't really even think about it until someone brings up fat people. I just do what I do how I dooooooooo it. I don't have any trouble l-i-v-i-n', and no real health problems. I dunno. Just feel obligated to post for the huge minority of people like me. Most fat people are gross as **** and have brought it on themselves. I'm disgusted by the garbage people eat, and yet I get lumped in with them. BLAH!
From what I hear when it comes to weight people tend to take it too seriously for the most part.
I won't deny that there is such thing as an unhealthy weight, but there are many people that are automatically dismissed as unhealthy or fat when there's nothing wrong with them.
I've seen some fat shaming on the internet where people act like the "fat" person is inhuman or something, and it's sickening. :/
They dismiss anything good, and use health as an excuse.
You don't see that with cancer patients.
"Oh, they may be nice and all, but they're unhealthy and we have to point that out and not support them."
And I'm actually kinda shocked by what Oisterboy said as well actually.
Why would you hate fat people? D:
wasps, wet socks, and bad vibes: the theskald story
I'm not fat. I eat garbage but I get quite a bit of physical exercise at work and I used to run a whole lot.
I think it's silly to look down on someone for being fat. I live a society where most good jobs require sitting in a chair for eight hours and where you can get a double cheeseburger, large fries and a huge coke for like two bucks. It's easy to be fat, and if you expect everyone to exercise and diet and do things the hard way when they don't have to, you're delusional.
Society always focusing on the plight of fat people, man... I used to be pretty skinny until I started to force myself to eat lots more calories and exercise regularly. People called me twig, pole, skinny all the time in highschool, thinking it was okay, because somehow it's less offensive to call a skinny person "twiggy" than a fat person a "fatty". Last year I started eating 4 meals a day with snacks inbetween, doing lots of exercise whenever I could. ARAM match loading in LoL? Time to bust out 30 pullups. Gained about 15lbs of muscle in 3 months, chicks noticing me alot more, etc. /irrelevantlifestory
For me, its sooo hard to gain fat and weight. I have a super high metabolism
What's your diet like? I also have a high metabolism but I was able to gain weight eating lots of chicken, fish, breads, rice, pasta, potatos, oatmeal...it takes time too, it took me a couple months before I was able to look in the mirror and say "hmm, I look like I gained some weight". Also, exercise, alot. Lift weights and do pullups. Your muscles will get bigger which will make you look bigger overall.
