1)Forrest Gump - It's one of those films I grew up watching, and it's one of the few films that everyone in my family can sit down and enjoy together.
2)Princess Mononoke - The reason I love anime, and another film I grew up with.
3)Independence Day - I'm noting a pattern here. Another blast from my past. Probably the reason I love sci-fi so much.
4)Ip Man - My favorite Martial Arts film
5)Stargate - The VHS movie that sparked my interest in the Star Gate TV Show that I watched almost everyday during middle school and much of High School.

    Nausicaa
    A Dog of Flanders
    Princess Mononoke
    Pokemon 2000
    Castle in the Sky

Although if I had to rewatch one I'd probably pick Lord of the Rings, Twilight, The Matrix, and Star Wars (yes, all of them - in four sittings).
EDIT: Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron belongs there somewhere.

Anything with Will Ferrell gets some serious negative points, cause he ruins movies, cause he's bad.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail
    Princess Bride
    Fight Club
Kick-Ass (which my friend wants played at his funeral, and I can't wait till he dies because of it)
Spirited Away (anyone who mentioned Princess Mononoke is bloody wrong, at least they could try Howl's Moving Castle)

    1. Clerks
    2. The Shining
    3. Ghost Busters
    4. Friday
    5. TMNT (first one)

    Deal with it.

Edit: Haha, I did this without reading first. Y'all like some good movies.

But Clerks is definitely number one. Cinematic perfection. The Shining is a VERY close second for me though.
