Or if it doesn't, would you sacrifice some FPS for higher graphic properties?

    Yes, oh my god YES!
Some people might not care and it wouldn't make a difference but I outright refuse to play almost any game that can't run higher than 30. I can tolerate 45FPS but anything lower than that really irks me and affects my gameplay.
But 30 to 60 is a huge difference, like day and night to me.

I will reduce the game to DOS-level graphics if that means I get 60FPS out of it.

The higher the FPS the better, but I don't have any issues as long as its 30+ and stable.

as long as the fps stays stable it doesn't matter much if its 60 or not ... because you just do not want those fps spikes during a match because when they happen you get a second or half second stand stills or delays resulting in your death ...

I could barely tell the difference between 30 FPS and 60 FPS.

I make sure every game I play runs at 60 fps minimum. Why? Because it means I'll be able to participate in player dense events as well as being able to record gameplay

60fps is optimal but I used to play BF3 around 35fps on my old machine. Wasn't that terrible.

Maybe it's because I'm mainly a console gamer, but I can easily tolerate anything that doesn't dip below 30 fps.

After high-FPS, there is no turning-back.

At 10 FPS I rage. At 20 FPS I get really anoyed. At 30 I am fine if it's steady. At 60 makes me feel good. But I don't really notice above 30. The problem with 30 FPS is sometimes it dips to 20. I often play on lowest settings to get good framerate, and after buying a new computer never bother switching to normal rez.

What new computer do you have?
