French toast one of my favorite easiest breakfasts.
Using a square dish just larger than the slices of bread you will use:
whip with a fork
throw a slice of bread in, then flip it with your fork so it is soaked on both sides and then put it on a flat frying pan at medium high heat.
I use a square flat skillet that does 4 slices at a time,
Cook till browning on one side then flip and do the same on the other.
Eat with butter and syrup or honey.
Make enough for 6 slices the way I do, and pretty much just throw it all together without any measuring, less nutmeg than cinnamon, and the more milk you use the more slices you can make, sometimes my 6th slice ends up a little dry on mix.
