Default thinking of trying a Dark Ambient track question though

stuff in this nature. But my question as what is the normal bpm for ambient tracks? i dont want it to be to fast. but dont want it to be to slow either

    thanks guys

and was how would i make the sounds? are they premade effects are created by hand if so what synths and such would i need for this? free ones of course

really like this style of music it sorta relaxes me

You'd probably need to learn how to play some instruments to make ambient music, Dub.
