With unspecific requests like this I'll just say: World of Warcraft

Grinding is super quick in it these days, it has the highest playerbase of all and it plays fairly quick.

by quick i meant a quick lvling and having good equips and items to be able to say that you have made a good progress all in a short periode of time like 2months

It depends on your computer but if you really want a high player base and a free to play MMORPG. I would like to suggest Dragon Nest, anime style game and awesome skill animation you can also try Aion if you like nationwar pvp and Eden Eternal and Eclipse War Online with a character transformation feature.

    Again, World of Warcraft.

But if you like "Pay2win" styles, go with any Browser-based MMORPG, like City of Steam: Arkadia.

No. If you're going to be that picky, you need to start saving money and actually do pay to play. Think about Wildstar if you don't want to support Blizzard.

Also, it's against Forum Rules to link Private servers, or name them by name (Even in images.) (Unless they're shut down permanently.)
