    Default Running with sore abs?

Having difficult running on the treadmill with sore abs. Meh, I did a couple of non weighted ab exercises and after two days it is still sore.

Is it wise not to run with sore abs?

Why would sore abs give you problems when running? Try running outside. Running on treadmill is awkward and boring.

yeah i don't get running on a treadmill. way more enjoyable to run outside, unless it's super hot or something.

You're only sore when you're unfit, in summary it'll go away after a while. I give it a 3 days - week.
