    Default I'm getting a bit of a gut on me

    I don't really exercise except going on long walks and I kind of eat a lot of shit food and fast food but I do eat a lot more fruit these days and less sugar but it's still a bit urgh I lost a lot of weight in November when I was dumped and didn't really eat for a fortnight but now it's becoming a bit of a problem and is ruining my otherwise slim to average build. Help.

    fructose. comes from the word fruit in some language. it's found in fruit.

    get an app on your phone, or even your computer for counting calories.
    Every thing you eat enter into it for a month.
    After the month is up, you should have established some good habits to use going forward.


    Drinks have a lot of sugar in them you don't need.
    Condiments have a lot of sugar in them you don't need.
    We all tend to eat larger portions than we need.

    If you cut those 3 key things down while tracking everything and observing the (calorie) 'cost' of everything you consume, it will become obvious what your danger areas are and what you enjoy for the 'cost' of eating them.

    For example i was surprised to find I could still eat a candy bar or two a day and stay well below my target intake as long as I cut out alot of the crap I was normally eating.

    Water or drinks with artificial sweetener.
    Watered down salad dressing, or find condiments designed for dieting.
    5-6 small meals instead of 3-4 big meals.

    Ive lost 26lbs so far and slowed down a lot, but still gradually loosing.
