I subbed today played for an hour and got a refund. Bad decision. Gonna wait until all the content fills the game first.

You can get it for ~20$ from many sites.

Murdering NPCs will make the game a trollfest, like Eden Eternal's Crystal Raids, where if the crystal was occupied by mobs, the NPCs in the nearby town would be gone, and you wouldn't be able to do certain sidequests, buy or sell items, etc.

Only plays Burst Magic DPS Classes and Healers.
    Playing MMO: FFXIV (Ragnarok)
Waiting On: EverQuest Next, FFXV, KH3 ∑ Saving For: An Epic Computer / PS Vita

This, I played during a peak time too, around 5pm. I barely saw anyone and I couldn't even find a group for a dungeon run.

This is definitely a step in the right direction. It would be cool if they had fully player run towns, where every store / tavern is run by a player.
    Relax and enjoy life

Go play a sandbox game. Or ArcheAge.

But TES is known for being sandbox, so why wouldn't the mmo do the same?
Oh right because developers are still trying to milk the WoW phenomenon.
