I need a new set of speakers for gaming and music. Ideally I need something with decent bass but not to the detriment of mid range. I've had speakers before where even if the bass was shut off all I got was really muffled sound which made it difficult to hear what people were saying to me - good for music and films and gaming... not good for understanding the human voice. I can spend up to 150GBP maximum. For now I've mostly been looking at logitech since they offer good value for money and alot of dedicated gaming speakers dont have alot of versatility unless all you want is giant booming explosions loosening your bowels.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
