I feel like Japan is on the right track with handheld gaming.
So from what I researched, Consoles or PC gaming in Japan isn't as popular as in the West. Apparently, correct me if I am wrong, the Japanese are very mobile people so they have a lot of downtime.
Considering a lot of them depend on public transportation and what not.
I find that this make sense. Time is very limited so if I am at home I am usually watching YouTube videos, using the internet, and watching T.V shows.
I barely would have any time to play on a home console like the PS4 or a Xbone.
Handheld gaming are awesome for people that have a lot of downtime. Usually this is pertaining to public transportation, waiting for an appointment, waiting in general, and what not.
You'd be surprised at how much gaming you can get in just using the times you have to wait on stuff.
Bout to get dat smash tho. Y'all better learn about it.
