I think you can fallout 4 not that big on graphics they work more on the programming then the graphic in there games

According to their minimum specs, you should be able to play it.

Their recommended graphic card and processor are alot better than what you got there tho, not sure if their recommended is too high for nothing or if you're gonna be stuck on lowest settings.
