Gaming Concept:
Inspired by the idea above.

In game portable items you can only use when they’re connected to a larger power source.

Better known to us as plug in taser guns, shavers, flashlights, and welding equipment.

Just taken into more useful areas such as shielding, weapons, and specialty tools.

How would this alter game play?
How can these problems be balanced?
If this was to be main focus in a game it would have to be in its own game, but are there any games where it could be added as an aside?

Why am I asking these questions without giving the answers I have already given?
Because I’m not convinced this forum has enough people willing to answer idea concept questions and I’m not willing to do the work until I see proof to the contrary.
