1.) Text is out of place (self-explainatory).
2.) The render is in black and white.....with a colored background.... (self-explainatory).
3.) It's huge! -[ I usually do sigs at 435x140 ]
4.) A border would help. -[ Top and bottom ]
5.) The background is boring and out of place. -[ If you want to keep that render, you need to change the background ]

Remember, that is constructive criticism, do not be offended. It is hard when you first start. You should have seen KCBlack's first few sigs, they sucked ass. They were a bit better than this, but that was because you don't know any techniques. I suggest you go look at a few tutorials.
Black and white cant fit in with the background, it lacks a border, weird size, text looks really bad, background looks really bad, overally it isn't really good, but then again I was the same as you few years back.. keep improvin' like what I did.
