Error 114? or something

I start DnF and when gameguard finishes this comes out and when i click okay my game closes. can someone help me?

I had the same error, to fix it I went to control and panels, Region,Languages, and stuff. and switched everything from usa/english, to korean, but to do this you will have to insert ur home edition, xp, or vista cd, and then restart your computer. Anyways good luck.
