it was a server problem

I can't be bother playing anymore, their server is like very laggy and disconnect every 10-20mins. Furthermore, before I can even log into my character, I recieve the game crash message ( 20th times already )

Maybe its just the unstable new server, so I want to ask if anyone is experiencing this on the old server?

P.S. Another point that makes me don't want to play anymore. Don't even think about asking GM to help, they are useless. Here's some evidence:
