Cause ima making a manga,Its hand drawn since my friend is helping by providing me with a Scanner. so i dont have to use MS paint xD! It would be nice to have photoshop to do the Chapter pages. I tryed Manga studio but since i dont got a credit card,i cant pay 50 and it doesnt take checks. Any Free Manga Programs? P.S i know i went off topic with photoshop xD
