[Mabinogi] Fix For Error 30022 (Not a service area)

If you do not live in NA and is very keen on playing this game, you gotta download this little guy:

Hotspot Shield will give you an American IP address, thus giving you access to the servers.
It works and it doesn't lag. The major downside of it is that it plants a fugly ad bar on your internet browser. (Even in Firefox)
Thankfully it disappears once you close the program.
