    Lightbulb Magician to Bishop Guide

    This is a guide for the Magician class who will be taking the path of a Cleric. It includes a Skill Build for the Magician, Cleric, Priest, and Bishop.

    The Magician and Cleric Skill Builds are one of the de facto builds.
    The Priest Skill Build follows the build I took with changes I feel would be beneficial.
    The Bishop Skill Build is the build I took, making main Bishops skills available first.

    I must say very good!

    Althought let me make some exceptions


    FOR PRIESTS:

    It is YOUR choice to max either DISPEL or DOOM
    DISPEL: If you boss alot, or are mostly in a party with spelling monsters.
    DOOM: If you are a solo priest, and decide to not really boss at all.



    Also i got one question, why not have genesis picked up first? Well, i also understand why u chose Bahamut.

    Is maxing door that usefull?

    I've always seen priests / bishops talking about maxing Dispell and then choosing door or doom.


    Also if your going with money benifits, wouldn't you go with this?

    Putting points into Genesis first is a bad idea. It may give you extra damage with it, but the MP is wastes is just unbearable. With level 1 Genesis I used 1mil Mesos in a matter of 10minutes for the pot expense. The stat boost from Maple Warrior also makes up for some of the damage you would miss out on. I'm also taking Nat's advice to leave it as level 1, which she said would be sufficient for training at Skelo's by the mid 130's.

    Maxing Door is very useful, especially if you plan on doing Boss Runs (such as Zakum). It's also preferable over Doom because with Doom you lose an elemental advantage with the majority of your training. I have also seen people taking about leaving Summon Dragon at level 15 and dumping the points into Doom because Bahamut only requires level 15 Summon Dragon.

    With the new style of training, I guess it would be more beneficial to get a point into Elemental Resistance. I'm an old school Priest, and my training up until level 80 was done at Coolie Zombies so it wasn't needed. I'll edit the build to put this in.
