Posting or asking about CD Keys is not allowed!

1. Do not post CD Key Generators.
2. Do not ask for CD Keys.
3. Do not post download links to CD Key Generators.

There's no point of posting CD Key Generators because it's illegal and can get OnRPG sued and shut down for good. There's no point of asking for CD Keys because you need to buy a game and use the CD Key that comes with it on the box in order for it to work.

NO CD Key that can be generated in CD Key Generator programs can work, nor are they illegal but they're useless.

Thankyou for your co-operation and please go by this rule or else a warning for bannage.

I don't think that was necessary, you didn't know at one point so you don't need to say that to anyone else.

Anyway... A CD-Key is a license that is associated with a certain copy of a program, the CD-Key ensures that the copy of the software you have is original.
Commercial Programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Operating Systems such as Windows XP all need CD-Keys to activate the software, the CD-Key can usually be found on the back of the box, or on the manual that came with the software. Sometimes, if you bought the software online and downloaded it, you will recieve a CD-Key via e-mail.

CD-keys also reduces software piracy, so you have an original and legal copy of the program.

MidnightBlue is ex-staff, he, along with the creators of some other stickies you might have noticed giving out rules (Such as Sephiroth), used to be mods/admins, but arent. You should still listen to everything a sticky says, because if it is stickied and is giving out rules, chances are it is official.
