Love the game, it's great.

My question is :
What is the info on death penalty? I haven't found anything about it.

It doesn't seem to be totally permanent since the % goes down after every kill, but my stats don't seem to go back to where they were before I died either.

What's the scoop?

You will at some point in the game DIE .. well at least I do *hehe* ..

-When you die will the way you get back to life choose how mutch death penalty you get:
If you /rtt (Return To Tempel) then you'll get 5% death penalty..
If you are carried or somebody rez you then you'll only get 1% death penalty

-When you got death penalty, half of the XP you gain will be used to pay it down and your STR INT DEX and CON goes down 1-5% (not sure how mutch)

-The death penalty % is x% of the XP you need to gain a new level
[XP needed for next lvl] / 100 * [death penalty %] = [XP needed to pay back death penalty]

You can see the ammount of XP you need to pay back by holding the mouse cursor over the death penalty icon.

-Max death penalty is 25%

-One (or more) of the servers won't give you death penalty when you have to get back to life

-Pay down the XP needed to remove it..
When the penalty is gone then your stats will get back to normal.. unless you got some status changing items or buffs on you
