P2P soon.

GM'S have been announcing ingame that it's most likely going to go p2p soon. The player amount has reached above 55 today and its beggining to lag, so it would make sense. This is just a informative post and there would be no point in flaming or hating due to this, the people are doing this for a reason.

Making ROE Retail would be a good idea, but it would be a hard task to do. And the team isn't neccesar4ily a huge company, but some nice group of people that decided to put ROe up and work on it.

55? Definately not worth making P2P in my opinion, because most people hate paying for games, and with only about 55 people, half or more would probably quit, and with only 20ish players left on at a given time, that's no fun.

most of that 55 was hardcore...plus sence this time population has took a MAJOR leep...were hitting peaks in the 180-200 range......

Their whole game graphics and movement system is enough to say this isnt p2p.

Not true. The game is not going p2p anytime soon.

There will be account upgrades you can get voluntarily.. but as for a mandatory fee to access the game there are/were no such plans.

I agree i have read a post on the ROE FAQ's and one of the game designers or somone with a tile along those lines said that a long time ago it was p2p but that was with a different company... and he says now that it is a new company it will not be going p2p
