Breaking News: APB rights bought!

After all the recent speculation, GamesIndustry.biz is reporting that K2 Network, the company behind free-to-play service GamersFirst, has bought the APB intellectual property from defunct studio Realtime Worlds for somewhere in the region of £1.5million.

K2 Network, which specialises in adapting, localising and hosting Asian free-to-play games for European and the US audiences, is expected to make an official announcement in the coming week.

We’ve suspected for quite a while now that someone would pick APB back up, and we’re excited to hear what the K2 Network has in store for the game!
