Normally, I easily forgive things. Delays happen, and I understand that. I commented on this not too long ago concerning the month or so added delay to Final Fantasy XV, which we’ve admittedly been waiting on for quite a while now. While it did annoy me on a personal level that I’d have to wait more, at least it hasn’t been as long as Duke Nukem Forever, right? That was 15 years and it was easily one of the worst games I’ve ever played in the whole of my life. And I did play it. I’m not proud of that even a little bit. However, The Last Guardian, according to Playstation’s blog, won’t be out until December of this year. That’s only a couple of months away, but I have to ask. . .
Hasn’t ten years been a long enough wait!? I’m excited for The Last Guardian, don’t get me wrong! It looks like it’s going to be beautiful and tell a story that will bring tears to my eyes. I want that, and I know a whole host of people that do too! I know I’m not alone. But they didn’t even explain why. At least it’s still this year though. . . I don’t want to rush devs, and see a shit product come out, but I’d be lying if I said I weren’t just a little bit miffed that I have to wait even longer to play this game. But there is one positive about it:
My wallet will definitely thank me. What do you guys think? Worst delay of all time? Is it worth the wait? Let me know!
